That's a given. Myfood fuel is usually a high-protein breakfast including eggs a couple of hoursbefore exercise. Immediately after exercise, Iusuallyeat a full meal. Typically asalad with veggies and aheatproteinsource such as tuna, chicken or turkey." Favorite workout gear: "I mix and match brands for my own workouts.
